We need a minimum of 48 hours to process an order. If you urgently require delivery, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate.
We deliver on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, from the 24th November 2026. Please give at least two possible dates.
You should receive an email, confirming your order. Please assume that your tree(s) will be delivered between 8am- 8pm on your preferred date. We would contact you if we were unable to deliver on your preferred date.
On arrival at your delivery address, we make a fresh cut to all 'cut' trees. If the tree isn't placed in water within an hour, we recommend making a fresh cut yourself. If you aren't due to be in, we recommend leaving a shallow bucket of water for the tree to be placed in.
